California's Proposition 11 passed on November 4, 2008. This will result in a panel being appointed to determine what the next district mappings for California will be after the 2010 Census. I aim to give them a ready-made good solution at that time. They're supposed to be beyond the reach of partisan influence, but maybe we can still have some positive influence on them on behalf of the voter.
