So where's the first robot if that was the second?
My first robot was a monstrosity made out of plywood and particle board.
I had planned to give it six legs but I didn't plan very well and there
was only room for 4 legs.
It was too heavy to lift itself and it wasn't controlled very well under a BASIC
program written on a Commodore Vic20.
The robot was cannabalized, and the motor/screw assemblies you see on the
second robot are the same ones from that first robot. The difference is
that the second robot has a light weight aluminum body and machined
aluminum parts to mount the motors in.
