noteThis is very old. Last tested under MacOS 8.x several years ago. For MacOS X, I reccommend the GNU binutils available at your local GNU mirror. 'gas' the gnu assembler is quite nice and the linker is handy too. Binaries are available in my pub/ directory.

What's New (Version 2.1)

Uses newest IDE API.
Much Faster, eliminated the use of a temp file.
Changed maximum label length from 16 to 256 (this may have caused erroneous undefined symbol errors).
Partially fixed Errors & Warnings window.
Introduced a useless linker just to have it present for selection.
I now plan to keep my versioning numbers in parity with the IDE.

What it is:

A plugin compiler for Metrowerks CodeWarrior Pro 2* for PowerMacintosh.

What it does:

Assembles HC11 .asm files into .s19 record files that you can use with your favorite downloader. Warnings and errors point back into source file through CodeWarrior's Warnings & Errors Window.

What it needs:

Metrowerks CodeWarrior Pro 2*
a PowerMacintosh (68k untested, but included fat).
[your source code]

What it doesn't do:

It doesn't combine multiple source files into one .s19.

What I would like it to do:

save .s19 with wither cr, crlf, or lf line endings

Wouldn't it be neat to have a Linker/Post Linker that was actually a downloader that would send the .s19 to your HC11 board? If anyone would like to help (by donating MacOS source that allready does this, I would integrate it into MW) that would be really neat too.
